Delete. Define. Decide.
Getting rid of anything unhelpful
How is your LIFE EDIT going? Are you enjoying your daily writing habit? I hope you are feeling lighter, clearer and more able to focus and define what you really want your life to look like as you move forward along a positive life path. Now we need to look at deleting anything else that isn’t helping you so you can define your goals and decide what you really want your new life to look and feel like.
Daily writing is an excellent way to do this, and you can, of course, return to the edit exercises as often as you need to. There is no rush, no pressure and nobody is going to mark your writing out of ten - EVER!
In time you will find you are in control of your life rather than letting your life overwhelm you. You will have a bullet proof way to deal with anything which means no more wasted time or procrastination-only progress!
If you need to go back - here is a good article to help you.
Daily writing is the key to getting clarity and also starting the process to clear the way for defining your goals and deleting anything in your life that you now know will not be able to support you effectively as you move forward.
Many people find themselves unable to ask for what they really want and consequently end up compromising or procrastinating or even going down the road of analysis paralysis! By using a daily writing practice, you can be specific about what you want and be clear and definite about what you don’t want too - both are equally important.
Only you can decide and only you have the right to decide how you live your life, and you must be specific and definite when you make your plans-this way you will find the right opportunities will come your way. Anything (or anyone 😉) that doesn’t help you can be deleted.
